During the initial consultation, we take sufficient time for an in-depth conversation and medical history in order to fully understand your concerns, health history, and goals. Based on this, an individually tailored first treatment is provided. This creates a solid foundation for effective and sustainable therapy.

Cancellation Policy

Absagen/ Verschieben bis 24h vorher möglich. Nach diesem Zeitraum wird der gesamte Betrag für die gebuchte Behandlung in Rechnung gestellt. Sie erhalten eine Rechnung ohne Rückforderungsbeleg, da die Krankenkassen keine Leistungen vergüten die nicht in Anspruch genommen wurden. English//changements/cancellation possible until 24h before. After this period, the full amount of the booked treatment will be charged. You will receive an invoice without a reimbursement receipt, as the health insurance companies do not reimburse services that were not used
