Classic Massage in Riehen
MY CAREER
2024
After 1.5 years at the Matthea Birth Center in Basel, I will be leaving by the end of January. The dynamics have changed, and I wish to allocate my resources more effectively to continue offering an adequate number of appointments in my practice in Riehen.
2023
1 year working at Matthea
In total, I was able to accompany 28 women during pregnancy, in childbirth and even now. 28 wonderful babies who discover the world and bring great joy to their parents. Isn't that wonderful?
2022
From November 1st I will be the sole tenant of the premises, as the physiotherapy practice has moved to larger premises.
From July 1st I will be part of the Matthea birth center team and offer pregnancy massage in a wonderful ambience.
On Friday, April 1, 2022, Switzerland returned to its "normal situation" after two years of the covid pandemic. Because the "special situation" will end at the end of March, Hygiene masks are optional.
2021
In September 2021 I "dared" to take the step to full-time self-employment - and from now on I can offer even more flexible appointments.
2020
The year started well and was then suddenly interrupted or "slowed down" by a 7-week covid lockdown. The new start was even better, and seeing the customers again was wonderful.
2019

In September the big move to the current location at Äussere Baslerstrasse 49.
Bright, large rooms which have been furnished with great attention to details.
Start of self-employment in practice on Bahnhofstrasse in Riehen, part-time (Friday/Saturday). The other days I work as a nanny.
2012-2018
Various positions from Swisshotel Le Plaza in Basel to seasonal work in Zermatt as well as numerous training and further education courses in Switzerland and in Bangkok, Thailand.
About me:

Over 10 years ago I turned my hobby into another job of mine. I have attended many different diploma courses and advanced training courses. On my travels to different countries, i also got massages and thus get to know various techniques. This has resulted in a mixture of different styles in the recent years, such as the influences of Thai massage, trigger point therapy, fascia techniques, sports massage.
In addition to classic massage, I also offer professional massage for pregnant women, because pregnant women should be in professional hands.
Headache patients are another matter close to my heart, as I have suffered from chronic headaches for years and have seen many success stories.

In addition to professional competence, friendliness, empathy and a pleasant atmosphere, it is important to me that I can take my time for the patient and not be under time pressure - according to the motto "Quality over quantity .."
